Lodge Policies

1. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is at 11:00am. Early check in and late check out are based upon hotel availability, not guaranteed, and are subject to a fee.
2. Pets are not allowed in all rooms and hotel public areas.
3. Hotel rooms and public areas are all 100% non smoking.
4. Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not be assessed a fee. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of check in time will be charged 1 night room and tax. No show reservations will be assessed the same fee.
5. Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve and check in to a hotel room.
6. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult 21 years or older at all times.
7. Valid photo identification is required at time of check in. Valid identification includes state issued drivers license, state issued ID, government, military, tribal, and passport.
8. A valid debit or credit card is required reservations and at time of check in for all hotel and RV park reservations. The debit or credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the room and tax at check in. If using a comp or coupon, the full value of the room will be authorized. This authorization is for any incidental charges or damages to the room. At check out the difference between the authorization amount and actual dollar amount incurred will be released to your financial institution, then it is dependent on the financial institution to be fully released back into the account. In the event the credit card holder cannot be present at check in or the name on the reservation does not match the credit card holder, then a credit card authorization form will be required to be filled out by the credit card holder prior to check in.
11. Pool amenities are reserved strictly to those guests registered to a hotel room. All children must be supervised by a parent while in the pool area. Pool parties are strictly prohibited.
